All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. Prices are set by individual restaurants and may change without notice. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by restaurant. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the restaurant's policy and payment method used. Contact the restaurant or our support team for assistance with refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FoodTorrent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
FoodTorrent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to food quality issues, delivery delays, or restaurant service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
